Reb Cavalry

Just found another old ACW image. Kennington Confederate cavalry, now doing admirable service in an other's collection.

I have been sorting through the lead mountain this weekend-it is rather embarrassing the amount of figures I have accumulated of the years with the best intentions...too many to ever paint, too few of any one type for a complete collection.

The usual wargamers disease?

Hi Matt,
I came to the same conclusion myself a couple of years back regardsing my lead plus plastic/resin kit pile and have been trying to sort it out.

It is hard going

Nice cavalry.... more please... :o)

Re. lead mountains - I may be unusual but I don't have one, and never have... I have an approach to projects that doesn't involve buying who armies at a time though that may help... tend to buy a regiment at a time and only buy more when it's painted...

Steve, your self restraint is most admirable!

Yeeeehah! We DO like those Kennington Rebs. Best horses in 20mm metal IMO. More Kenningtons please while I work my way through my lead mountain!

Cheers,
Doc

The most disturbing part of a leadpile is the stuff that you really can't remember ordering or if you can, why you did so. I found a load of Foundry orcs the other day - wtf?

Oh, and nice photo, Matt!
